Since each class or event can have a unique price and active promotions, do consult the price on the page of the class you'd like to take. Payment is due before class starts. Your enrolment is not finalized before the payment process on this website has been completed.
Upon enrolment, you agree that your payment is final and you do not have the right for a refund, unless Lovania cancels the event.
Enrolments are personal, and you cannot sell your place or ticket to another person.
If an event gets cancelled by Lovania, all paying participants will receive a refund in the form of credit to their own account. In case you want to be reimbursed in cash, please let us know. Note that there is a small administrative cost that cannot be refunded.
Notify us in advance if you are enrolled in a class, but can't be present. It helps us manage the classes. If certain classes fall under the minimum requirement, we may want to cancel them. You can notify us by logging into your account on this website, and clicking the "not present" button in your enrolments.
Specifically for partnerwork classes, the balance between leaders and followers depends on the presence of the students. When you notify us of an absence, we may be able to fix the ballance of the class.
We strive to be a fun, inclusive and friendly community. If your actions disrupt classes or other services of Lovania, you may be asked to leave without reimbursement.
The dance school is not responsible for any injuries that are caused by dancing, even if the injury has come up during one of our events or classes. By attending dance events, a person understands the risks related to physical activity and should check beforehand that he/she has an appropriate physical condition.
