Björn is the founder of Lovania Dance Company and a devoted ambassador of Salsa. With three appearances at the Belgian Latin Competition in both show and social divisions, he brings not only experience, but a deep love for the dance floor to every class he teaches. From guiding complete beginners through their very first steps to coaching competitive dancers and leading show teams, Björn is passionate about helping every student grow with confidence, style, and musicality. He is certified in the salsa coaching methodology of Rodrigo Cortazar and Asia Sonina, continuously refining his craft and sharing that knowledge with others. For Björn, Salsa is far more than partnerwork. It is culture, rhythm, expression, and connection. Whether exploring pachanga, son, boogaloo, mambo, musicality, or the rich history behind the music, he believes every layer of Salsa has a story worth dancing.

Justine is the co-founder of Lovania Dance Company and has been teaching Salsa for over ten years. During that time, she has also participated in several choreographies and developed a broad interest in different dance styles. She enjoys developing as an all-round dancer and likes exploring Salsa LA, NY and Cuban, as well as Bachata. Salsa feels most like home to her, but she also genuinely loves dancing bachata. Working with different styles helps her broaden her understanding of movement, connection and musicality. Her teaching expertise lies in Salsa LA and NY. In class, she focuses strongly on solid basics, clear technique and controlled spinning. She believes these elements are essential for dancers who want to move with more confidence, precision and ease. Justine particularly enjoys the social side of dancing and enjoys helping students become more versatile dancers. Since the birth of her son at the end of 2025, she has been less active in the social dance scene, while remaining closely involved in Lovania Dance Company.
